Administrative Bookkeeper ( Part Time )

Carson Design Associates is seeking a part-time Administrative Bookkeeper to join our Indianapolis, Indiana team. A successful candidate must be able to work independently, take initiative; have attention to detail, as well as handle and maintain confidential information. Good verbal & written communication skills are necessary to support our internal team and external customers. 

The Job Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Accounting:

  • Accounting liaison to outsourced vendors

  • Process incoming/Outgoing invoices/Receipts

  • Bank Deposit/Reconciliation

  • A/P

  • Collections

General Office:

  • Order office supplies

  • Vendor Relationship Management

  • Mail/Shipping

  • Order Office Supplies

  • Vendor Relationship Management

  • Mail/Shipping

 Miscellaneous:

  • Miscellaneous HR support

  • Administrative support to in-house management team as time permits


Office Hours:  8am-5pm (position offers flexible schedule options during business hours)

Computer Skills:  Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on advanced Excel knowledge is required; experience working with Ajera – Deltek Accounting/Project Management Software would be helpful

Experience:  Certificate program with focus on Bookkeeping/General Business or equivalent level of experience
