Heather spent her early career as a project manager and interior designer in workplace planning, healthcare, and GSA government projects. Six of those years were spent at Carson Design Associates until she paused her career to focus on her young family.

She returned to interior design by working part time and gained experience in senior living, churches, and higher education. Some years were spent working full time creating ambulatory healthcare and higher education buildings.

She is thrilled to be back at Carson Design Associates full time with a focus on facilities management, workplace planning, and healthcare. She has a heart to volunteer in her church and design community, while providing functional solutions for the spaces that we live and work in every day. When she’s not at Carson Design, you can find Heather building Lego with her sons, volunteering, exercising, performing with the Purdue Alumni Band, or spending time with her family and friends.

Heather is currently a member of Indy Crew and on the UCrew committee.
